Terms & Conditions

FEES:
• RUNNER PROFILES - there are 400  runner profile adverts available and each advert costs £50.00.  The runner can renew their profile at the end of the term.  The Runner will be limited to one advert.
• ADVERTISER LOGOS - there are 20 adverts available and each advert costs £100.00 for each 6 months. The contract period is strictly 6 months. The advertiser can renew their advert at the end of the term.  The advertiser may purchase more than one advert block but will be limited to 3 adverts.
  
  TERM:
• Your advert will be on line for 6 months (starting from the date your advert is uploaded subject to payment received and cleared).
• At the end of the 6 month term you will be sent a renewal notice and entitled to renew your advertisment. An email will be sent out to you with the apppropriate details.
  
  TERMS OF USE:
• When you buy the advertising block, you will not own any part of the homepage or this site, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published on the homepage in the respective space you have paid for.
• You cannot change the image or link once you have submitted them, so you must be sure of the image and link you want on the homepage, which will be there for 6 months.
• The only exception is if you have a strong case why you need to change your image/link e.g. Your site/company no longer exists, major structural changes to your site, lawsuits etc.
• If your image and link are accepted and published on the home page, you cannot get a refund.
• If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the homepage, you can do that, but you will not get a refund and the space will become available again.
• Images must be the exact size you have paid for (e.g. 100 pixels = 10x10 pixels).
• Images must be in  JPEG or GIF format and a reasonable size as per instructions.
• Images must NOT be animated.
• The thumbnail image will be directly linked to your profile page which will pop up once the browser clicks on the image.  The profile page will contain information you have uploaded.  
• Funds must be fully received and cleared before your profile goes live on the home page.
• Once you have ordered your advert and the funds have cleared (eg. Paypal or bank account), we will aim to get your profile online within 24-48 hours.
  
  COPYRIGHT AND OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
• You must have the authority to provide the image and data uploaded to your profile, ie the names, images and logos/icons any associated companies or third parties and their products and services are proprietory marks of your channel, it's associated companies and/or third parties.
• Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise any licence or right under any trademark or patent of your profile/logo,image, it's associated companies or any other third party.
• All copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in this site (including the design, arrangement, look and feel) and all material or contents applied as part of the site, shall remain at all times the property of Findarunner.co.uk or Findarunner.co.uk's advertisers.
• In accessing Findarunner.co.uk you agree that you do so only for your own personal, non commercial use.
• You may not agree to, permit or assist in any way any third party to copy, reproduce, download, post, store (including in any other website), distribute, transmit, broadcast, commercially exploit or modify in anyway the material or content without Findarunner.co.uk's prior written permission.
• When accessing this site, you as the user are only allowed to click the links to the desired Runner profile or advertiser's website.
  
  INDEMNITY:
• You agree to indemnify and keep indemnified Findarunner.co.uk from and against all claims, damages, expenses, costs and liabilities arising in any manner from your entry/advert submission to and use of the site other than in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  
  DISCLAIMER LIMITATION AND LIABILITY:
• Findarunner.co.uk's content including the information, names, images, pictures, logos and icons regarding or relating to Findarunner.co.uk, it's products and services (or to third party products and services), is provided "AS IS" and on an "IS AVAILABLE" basis without any representations or any kind of warranty made (whether expressed or implied by law) to the extent committed by law, including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
• Under no circumstances will Findarunner.co.ukbe liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses where foreseen, forseeable, known or otherwise): a) loss of data; b) loss of revenue or anticipated profits; c) loss of business; d) loss of opportunity; e) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation; f) losses suffered by third parties; g) lack of hits or bookings; or h) any indirect, consequential special or exemplary damages arising from the use of Findarunner.co.uk regardless of the form of action.
• Findarunner does not warrant that functions contained in Findarunner.co.uk content will be uninterupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that Findarunner.co.uk, or the server that makes it available, are free of viruses or bugs.
• If for any reason the website has technical difficulties or funtional problems, then there will be occasional downtime for site maintenance but we will try and keep these to a minimum. However, if maintenance takes more than 1 day to resolve the problems on any occasion, then the loss of time will be added onto the your term of 6 months.
• The author reserves the right not to be responsible for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims regarding damage caused by the use of any information provided, including any kind of information which is incomplete or incorrect, will therefore be rejected.
• All offers are not-binding and without obligation. Parts of the pages or the complete publication including all offers and information might be extended, changed or partly or completely deleted by the author without separate announcement.
• The Author is not responsible for any contents linked or referred to from his pages - unless he has full knowledge of illegal contents and would be able to prevent the visitors of his site from viewing those pages.
• If any damage occurs by the use of information presented there, only the author of the respective pages might be liable, not the one who has linked to these pages.
• Furthermore the author is not liable for any postings or messages published by users through the recommend form.
  
  ABOUT THE LAW:
• No obscene or offensive/adult images/links will be accepted.
• You agree to only submit an appropriate photo or logo as related to your profile or company.
• Findarunner.co.uk will determine what is appropriate to the site. Contributing material with the intention of committing or promoting an illegal act is strictly prohibited.
• You must not violate, plagiarise or infringe the right of third parties including copyright, trade mark, trade secrets, privacy, publicity or proprietory rights.
• If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded and you will lose your pixels/advert.
• If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material, then your link will be removed.
• No offensive or illegal material is accepted as already stated and therefore no refund of any kind will be made.
